GB4 Graduate Templeton Joins Salkeld at Century

Chris Salkeld Returns to Century Motorsport with Rising Star Branden Templeton

Former GT4 Pro-Am champion Chris Salkeld is back on the British GT Championship grid for the 2025 season, reuniting with Century Motorsport and bringing along the fan-favourite “Harriott’s Chariot” BMW M4—now upgraded to the Evo spec.

Salkeld, who clinched the GT4 Pro-Am title two years ago, had initially planned a move to the senior class before shifting focus to GT3 racing opportunities across Europe. He made a brief return to British GT with a one-off appearance at last season’s finale at Brands Hatch.

Having first raced for Century in 2021, Salkeld’s connection with the team actually dates back even further, tracing back to his Ginetta racing days.

Joining him in the GT4 campaign is 18-year-old Branden Templeton, a standout from the GB4 Championship. After finishing fourth in his debut season out of karting, Templeton now steps up to GT4, ready to make his mark alongside the experienced Salkeld.
